The SCRAPE distance net feeder is the result of a lot of development to ensure that the that materials, weights, dimensions are all balanced to ensure long, accurate casts combined with easy loading and emptying and to avoid the feeder getting plugged in silty conditions. The wire mesh has been specially selected to ensure that the feeders are robust enough to avoid becoming misshapen, even under extreme fishing conditions, thus ensuring that the aerodynamic casting properties are always maintained. The feeder is totally lead free and environmentally friendly and has an oven-baked coating to protect it from oxidization and thus the potential to affect the contents.
